Legal Restrictions

1. If you place your order on day 1 before noon, we will commit to deliver to you on day 2. In other words if you order today before 1200, we will promise to deliver to you tomorrow  (  ALL ABU DHABI except AL  RUWAIS )

2. THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY 

3. Our minimum order for delivery is AED150 and we are not charging a delivery fee for our next day deliveries

4. After you have confirmed your order requirements online, our Customer Service Team will call you to re-confirm and check that everything is ok

5. We always aim to have the best range and keep excellent stock levels. Occasionally we may run out of a product due to high demand. If one of your products is out of stock, we will recommend a suitable alternative when our Customer Service Team calls

6. Our delivery team will have a card terminal if you wish to pay by credit or debit card

7. We cannot offer sale or return. Once you have received, accepted and paid for your order, we cannot take back any products, so please ensure you double check to make sure there is no mistake before the driver leaves

8. If you discover an error, please notify our driver and we will be glad to sort it out for you

 

Price Promise

 

1. All of our online prices are the same as our shop prices. The only difference is that your local High Spirits store carries a bigger range and has a different team of people happy to help you!

2. If you cannot find what you want online, please remember that our shops are still operating (subject to change) and we will be happy to see you at one of our stores 

3. All on line prices displayed include 30% retail tax and 5% VAT
